Meet at Simon Builders office to review detailed costs to build your home. Discuss everything from excavation to finishes.

Agreement Meeting

Meet at Simon Builders office to review the detailed contract. Sign Building Contract and place initial deposit.

Detailed Bid Presented

Draw any additional drawings needed for permits and production.

Meet the Project Manager that will be working with you throughout the construction of your home.

Selection Process

Your Project Manager will prompt you to make selections for finishes in your home.

Introduction to Project Manager

Start site work as scheduled based on delivery lead times of all materials needed. Continue selection process.

We confirm your selections and send out Purchase Orders in order to lock in selection pricing.

Additional Design

Draw and make changes if needed for construction or as requested by the client.
