Sign Design Agreement Dan listens to your ideas and desires. He takes pictures and measurements at your home. STEP THREE | DESIGN STEP ONE 01 02 Ballpark Meeting Meet at Simon Builders to review ballpark costs for the different areas you desire to change. STEP TWO 03 NEXT STEP ONE Initial Site Meeting Start designing the project to get a plan drawn of the work you desire. Remodel / Refresh Preconstruction OUR PROCESS Finish Plans Carolyn meets on-site with all Trade Partners to determine exact costs of your project. STEP SIX | DESIGN STEP TWO 04 05 Agreement Meeting Meet at Simon Builders office to review the detailed contract. Sign building contract. Your project is now in queue. STEP FIVE 06 NEXT STEP FOUR Open House Make additional changes to the plans and add any notes needed for permits. PREVIOUS STEP SEVEN Owner starts to make selections. OUR PROCESS Selection Process 07 Approximate: 5 weeks after open house (Step Four) until agreement meeting. Approximate: 2-3 weeks after completion of design (Step Three on prev. slide) until open house. Remodel / Refresh Preconstruction Owner-Requested Design Changes Simon Builders applies for permits and sends out purchase orders to lock in pricing. STEP TEN | DESIGN STEP THREE 08 09 Begin Construction Site work begins as scheduled based on delivery lead times of all materials needed. STEP NINE 10 STEP EIGHT Permits & Purchase Orders Draw and price anything the owner requests. PREVIOUS OUR PROCESS Approximate: 6-12 months until construction begins.
